Country Selection
To understand the rules of origin criteria, first select the export destination country.
Choose all countries that have agreements with the Philippines (single selection).
2. Enter HS Code
- 02 HS Code Enter the full 6-digit HS code of the export product intended for export. If unsure of the HS code for the export product, click on the HS Code Advisor to find out the HS code of the export product.
- 03 PREV To return to the previous screen, click the PREV button.
- 04 Next Step After entering the HS code, click the next button to proceed to the next step.
3.Check results
- 05 Selected information The selected information will be shown at the top.
- 06 Agreement The results for the FTA agreement with the selected country will be displayed.
- 07 Product Specific Rules The rules of origin criteria for the agreement will be displayed.
- 08 Product Specific Rules The calculation formula for determining the rules of origin will be shown. One can use this formula to determine suitability or unsuitability.
